Be aware that we do our best to have the most accurate photos and product information, but sometimes pictures might not represent the true colors or final product. Please do not hesitate to ask us to send you any additional pictures, videos or measurements. We will do our best to help you! Domestic Orders (Excluding Baltimore): Return for a refund within 7 days upon delivery. For example, orders delivered on a Tuesday must be sent out by the following Monday. All returns must be NEW, UNWASHED, UNWORN, UNSCENTED, UNALTERED, FULL PRICE clothing items with TAGS attached/in original packaging. Sale items can be returned for a store credit up to 40% off. Sale items above 40% off, BOGO and The More You Buy Sales are FINAL SALE! Return for a refund LESS the shipping and insurance costs. In addition, if the return is $250+, there will be a 5% restocking fee and if $500+, there will be a 10% restocking. All returns for store credit will have the restocking fee waived. The buyer is responsible to send the items back and we take no responsibility for lost packages so we recommend that you take out insurance. Store credit must be used by the end of the season in which it was issued. Store credit cannot be used in sale above 40% and excludes BOGO. Store credit is also NON transferable.  All promotions are not valid on previous purchases.  All returns/exchanges must be in original condition, undamaged, with all tags attached, and no signs of wear. We do not take responsibility for any altered or washed clothing. International Orders: All orders are FINAL SALE For Baltimore: Please choose pickup at checkout. The same in store policies will apply and therefore you have to return for a refund within 2 days and up to 7 days for a store credit. All card transactions will have a 3% restocking fee. All returns for store credit will have the restocking fee waived. Sales tax will apply. We will hold your purchase for two weeks before we give it to charity.

In the event that you need a different size or color and you will be KEEPING the exchanged item, we will cover the shipping cost of the replacement to you! This means that the replacement is final sale. Please fill out the returns form and select exchange and we will be in touch about arranging the exchange. You will still be responsible for shipping the return back to us,

Domestic (Not Including Baltimore) Returns $250+ will have a 3% restocking fee and returns $500+ will have a 10% restocking fee. All returns for store credit will have the restocking fee waived. Baltimore: All returns will have a 3% restocking fee for a refund.

In the event that an item in your order is unavailable, we will refund you for the item. We will contact you before we ship it out if you would like to change sizes or add something else instead. All cancellations are subject to a 5% restocking fee. No cancellations are allowed on sale items or items that have already shipped out.
